Motorcycle Parts Return, Refund & Limited Warranty Guidelines
Return & Refund Policy
At OFFRAMP, every part we ship is meant to serve a real motorcycle, a real build, and a real rider. We inspect products before shipment and work to provide accurate product information, fitment guidance, and responsive after-sales support.
This Return & Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly through the OFFRAMP website or an official OFFRAMP sales channel. If you purchased an OFFRAMP product through an authorized dealer, custom shop, distributor, marketplace, or third-party reseller, please contact the original seller directly for return, refund, exchange, or warranty support.

· All returns require prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). · Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery unless otherwise required by law. · Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in original packaging unless OFFRAMP confirms a shipping error or approved warranty issue. · Custom, made-to-order, special-order, clearance, final-sale, installed, used, modified, or damaged items are not eligible for standard return. · Return shipping, import duties, taxes, customs fees, and related handling costs are the customer’s responsibility unless OFFRAMP confirms that the issue was caused by our error. |
1. Return Authorization Is Required
Before sending any product back, you must contact OFFRAMP and receive an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to sender, delayed, or denied.
To request an RMA, email OFFRAMP customer service with the following information:
- Order number or invoice number
- Full name and contact information
- Product name and SKU, if available
- Reason for the return request
- Clear photos or videos showing the product condition, packaging, fitment issue, damage, or defect, if applicable
The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Returns without an RMA are not considered approved returns.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for standard return review, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery
- The product is new, unused, uninstalled, and unmodified
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all hardware, accessories, instructions, labels, and protective materials
- The original OFFRAMP invoice, order number, or proof of purchase is provided
- The product is safely packaged for return shipping to prevent damage in transit
3. Restocking Fees
Approved returns are subject to inspection by the OFFRAMP Quality Control team. The following restocking fees may apply:
- Unopened, new, and unused items returned within 7 calendar days of delivery: 15% restocking fee
- Opened but unused and uninstalled items returned within 7 calendar days of delivery: 25% restocking fee
- Third-party or non-OFFRAMP branded products: subject to manufacturer approval and, if accepted, a 25% restocking fee or the manufacturer’s applicable restocking charge, whichever is greater
- Returned items that require repackaging, cleaning, inspection, repair, or refurbishment: additional charges may apply, with a minimum fee of 25% depending on condition
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless OFFRAMP confirms an approved warranty issue or shipping error:
- Custom, made-to-order, special-order, one-off, or personalized products
- Products that have been installed, test-fitted in a way that marks the product, used, ridden, modified, cut, drilled, welded, powder-coated, painted, polished, or altered
- Products with missing parts, missing original packaging, scratches, tool marks, damaged finishes, stripped threads, or signs of improper handling
- Electrical components, fuel-system parts, tuning-related components, internal throttle components, cables, bearings, seals, gaskets, and similar service-sensitive parts once opened or installed
- Clearance, discontinued, final-sale, promotional bundle, or closeout items
- Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or failure to follow professional installation practices
5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items on Arrival
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or visibly defective, contact OFFRAMP within 48 hours of delivery before installation or use.
- Keep all original packaging, labels, cartons, and packing materials
- Do not install, modify, or attempt to repair the product
- Provide clear photos or videos of the package, product, label, and issue
- Allow OFFRAMP to review the issue and determine the appropriate solution
Installed or used products may no longer be eligible for return or exchange, even if an issue is reported later.
6. Fitment, Installation & Customer Responsibility
Motorcycle parts may require professional installation, technical knowledge, adjustment, or custom fitting. Fitment information is provided to help customers make informed decisions, but it does not replace professional judgment.
- Confirm year, model, sub-model, engine, trim, existing modifications, and installation requirements before ordering
- Read product notes, fitment notes, and installation information carefully
- Contact OFFRAMP before purchase if you are unsure about compatibility
- Do not force-install any product that appears incompatible or damaged
Returns may be denied if a product is damaged during installation, modified to fit a build, installed on an incompatible motorcycle, or affected by pre-existing custom modifications on the bike.
7. Return Shipping, Duties & International Returns
Unless OFFRAMP confirms that the return is due to our shipping error or an approved warranty issue, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, insurance, duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and related charges.
For international returns, customers must follow local customs requirements and clearly identify the shipment as returned merchandise where applicable. Any customs charges, failed clearance fees, storage charges, carrier return fees, or taxes billed to OFFRAMP may be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer.
8. Refund Process
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by OFFRAMP.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible
- Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days after approval
- Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund
- Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, payment processing fees, and route protection or insurance fees are non-refundable unless required by law or caused by OFFRAMP error
9. Exchanges
Exchanges may be approved for unused, uninstalled, unmodified items in original packaging with a valid order number or proof of purchase. Exchange approval depends on inventory availability and product condition.
If the replacement item has a different value, currency impact, shipping cost, or additional fee, the customer may be charged or refunded the difference. All exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless OFFRAMP confirms that the exchange is due to our error.
10. Return Time Limit After Approval
Once OFFRAMP provides return shipping instructions or an approved RMA, the returned package must be shipped within 30 days. If the package is not shipped within that period, the return authorization may be automatically canceled and a new review may be required.
11. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, abandoned, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for all outbound shipping, return shipping, duties, taxes, customs fees, storage fees, carrier fees, and related costs.
Any eligible refund will be processed only after the package is returned to OFFRAMP and inspected. All applicable costs may be deducted from the refund.
12. Limited Warranty Notes
OFFRAMP provides a one (1) year limited warranty for eligible products found to have defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper installation. The warranty period begins on the date the product is received by the original purchaser or installer.
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident damage, finish damage caused by chemicals or poor maintenance, labor costs, removal or installation costs, shipping costs, duties, taxes, or customs fees.
For anodized, chrome, black, polished, or coated finishes, warranty review is limited to manufacturing-related cracking, peeling, or significant finish failure under normal use and proper maintenance. Surface wear, stone chips, fading caused by harsh environments, chemical damage, corrosion, road salt exposure, or improper cleaning are not covered.
OFFRAMP reserves the right to determine whether a warranty claim will be resolved by repair, replacement part, store credit, partial remedy, or another appropriate solution.
