Shipping Information
OFFRAMP serves riders, builders, custom shops, and dealers around the world. Because motorcycle parts vary greatly in size, weight, finish, warehouse location, and production requirements, shipping times and methods may vary by item and destination.
This Shipping Information page explains how OFFRAMP processes, ships, and supports orders placed directly through the OFFRAMP website or an official OFFRAMP sales channel.

· OFFRAMP operates fulfillment through China and, for selected items, U.S. warehouse inventory. · Shipping origin is determined by current inventory, product type, warehouse availability, and logistical requirements. · In-stock items usually ship as quickly as possible and may require up to 2 weeks for processing depending on availability and order confirmation. · Custom, made-to-order, special-order, or third-party products may require additional production or supplier processing time, often 4–6 weeks or longer. · International duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and local import charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout. |
1. Shipping Origins & Warehouses
OFFRAMP ships from China and, for selected products, from U.S. warehouse inventory. The warehouse used for your order is determined by current stock, product type, destination, package size, carrier availability, and fulfillment efficiency.
Items in the same order may ship separately if they are stocked in different warehouses, require different packaging, or must be fulfilled by different suppliers.
2. Order Processing & Confirmation
After an order is placed, OFFRAMP may contact the customer within 24–48 hours to confirm order details, shipping information, fitment-related notes, or special handling requirements.
- Orders are processed during business days, excluding weekends, holidays, carrier closures, and supplier shutdowns
- Processing time is separate from carrier transit time
- Expedited shipping begins after the order has been processed, packed, and handed to the carrier; it does not begin on the order date
- Orders may be delayed if payment review, address verification, fitment clarification, inventory transfer, production, or customer confirmation is required
3. Inventory, Lead Times & Production Time
OFFRAMP works to keep popular parts in stock whenever possible. However, actual shipping timelines may vary based on inventory status, product finish, supplier availability, production capacity, carrier scheduling, and destination.
- In-stock OFFRAMP-branded items: generally ship as quickly as possible and may require up to 2 weeks depending on warehouse and order requirements
- Custom, made-to-order, special-order, or finish-specific products: may require 4–6 weeks for production and processing before shipment
- Third-party or non-OFFRAMP branded products: processing and delivery timelines depend on the relevant supplier, manufacturer, or fulfillment partner
- Oversized, heavy, fragile, or high-value products: may require additional packing, freight handling, or carrier review
Estimated shipping or delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed unless OFFRAMP confirms a specific arrangement in writing.
4. Shipping Address Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. This includes recipient name, street address, unit number, postal code, phone number, email address, and any required customs or tax identification information for the destination country.
Where required by the payment provider or fraud-prevention review, OFFRAMP may ship only to the confirmed shipping address associated with the payment account. Address changes after an order is placed can be difficult and may cause delays, additional charges, or order cancellation.
Once an order has been shipped, OFFRAMP cannot guarantee any address change, reroute, hold, or delivery instruction request.
5. Shipping Methods & Carrier Selection
OFFRAMP may ship orders through ground service, air freight, ocean freight, express service, postal service, freight forwarders, or other carrier networks depending on the selected shipping method, destination, item size, and logistical requirements.
- If ground shipping is selected, ground transport may be used where available
- If air or expedited shipping is selected, air transport or express carrier service may be used where available
- The specific carrier, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, local postal service, or freight partner, is selected by OFFRAMP based on shipping method, destination, package type, and carrier availability
- Carrier preferences may be added to the order notes, but they are not guaranteed unless confirmed by OFFRAMP before shipment
6. Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping may be available for certain products and destinations. Expedited shipping charges are displayed at checkout when available or quoted by OFFRAMP when manual review is required.
Expedited service affects carrier transit speed after shipment. It does not shorten production time, supplier lead time, QC inspection, payment review, customs clearance, or required order confirmation.
7. Split Shipments, Oversized Items & Additional Charges
Some orders may ship in multiple packages or separate shipments due to warehouse location, product size, weight, backorder status, packaging requirements, or supplier fulfillment. Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized, heavy, fragile, high-value, multi-box, or remote-area deliveries.
If additional shipping charges are required after checkout, OFFRAMP will contact the customer for confirmation before shipment whenever possible.
8. International Orders, Duties & Customs
International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, tariffs, carrier advancement fees, local handling fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.
Product prices and shipping charges shown on the OFFRAMP website do not include these additional import-related charges unless expressly stated at checkout.
Customs clearance times vary by country and are outside OFFRAMP’s control. Customs inspections, local import rules, incomplete customs information, restricted product categories, holidays, strikes, weather, carrier disruptions, or government processing delays may extend delivery time.
Customers are responsible for understanding local import laws and ensuring that the products ordered may be legally imported, installed, registered, and used in their country or region.
9. Tracking & Delivery
When tracking information is available, OFFRAMP will provide it by email or through the customer account/order page. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, transit time, delivery scans, customs movement, local delivery attempts, and final delivery timing are controlled by the carrier and local delivery network.
Customers should monitor tracking information and contact the carrier promptly if delivery attempts, customs requests, pickup notices, or address issues appear.
10. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If a package arrives damaged, appears to have been opened, is missing items, or shows signs of carrier mishandling, contact OFFRAMP within 48 hours of delivery.
- Keep the original packaging, shipping label, carton, and packing materials
- Take clear photos or videos before unpacking further, installing, or discarding packaging
- Do not install or modify any damaged or incorrect item
- Allow OFFRAMP and/or the carrier to complete a claim review before any resolution is provided
OFFRAMP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier-confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout, but we will assist with reasonable carrier claim support when available.
11. Third-Party Logistics, Freight Forwarders & Re-Shipping Addresses
Customers may choose to ship orders to a third-party logistics provider, freight forwarder, warehouse, agent, or re-shipping address. If you choose to use such a service, you do so at your own risk.
OFFRAMP’s delivery responsibility ends when the carrier confirms delivery to the address listed on the original OFFRAMP order. OFFRAMP is not responsible for loss, damage, delay, inspection issues, repackaging, additional freight fees, customs issues, or delivery problems that occur after delivery to a third-party address or freight forwarder.
12. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Deliveries
If a package is refused, abandoned, unclaimed, returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or returned because duties/taxes were not paid, the customer is responsible for all outbound shipping, return shipping, duties, taxes, customs fees, storage fees, carrier fees, and related charges.
Any eligible refund will be processed only after the returned package is received and inspected by OFFRAMP. All applicable fees may be deducted from the refund.
13. Delivery Date Requests
If you need an order by a specific date for a build, show, trip, customer job, or shop schedule, please contact OFFRAMP before placing the order. We will do our best to review whether the requested timeline is realistic, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by OFFRAMP in writing.
