Motorcycle fitment can vary based on model year, sub-model, trim, engine configuration, factory options, prior modifications, regional specifications, handlebar setup, exhaust setup, wiring changes, frame changes, and other build-specific factors. You are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for your motorcycle before purchase, installation, and use.
Any references to Harley-Davidson models, American V-Twin motorcycles, engine types, or model families are used for fitment and identification purposes only. They do not guarantee exact compatibility with every motorcycle or custom build.
Dimensions, finishes, colors, materials, and tolerances may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes, lighting, display settings, batch differences, or product improvements. We may update product descriptions, pricing, packaging, and specifications at any time without prior notice.
Installation, Modification, and Rider Safety
Motorcycle parts may affect handling, braking, throttle response, lighting, electrical systems, exhaust performance, emissions systems, rider ergonomics, or overall vehicle safety. Installation should be performed by a qualified mechanic, professional workshop, or experienced builder using proper tools and procedures.
You are solely responsible for safe installation, inspection, maintenance, adjustment, and use of any product purchased from OFFRAMP. Improper installation, incorrect torque, incompatible modifications, neglected maintenance, or misuse can result in property damage, personal injury, or death.
OFFRAMP is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, inspection failure, registration issues, legal penalties, or other consequences arising from improper installation, unsafe use, racing use, stunt use, road conditions, rider error, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow applicable instructions and laws.
Before riding, you must inspect the installed product and the motorcycle as a whole. If you are uncertain about fitment, installation, or safe operation, do not ride the motorcycle until it has been inspected by a qualified professional.
Emissions, Street Use, and Legal Compliance
Some motorcycle parts may be intended only for closed-course competition, off-road use, show use, or use on vehicles that are not operated on public roads. Product pages, labels, packaging, or manufacturer documentation may include emissions, street-use, jurisdictional, or competition-use notices.
You are responsible for determining whether any product is legal for sale, import, installation, registration, inspection, and use in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to emissions, noise, lighting, safety, roadworthiness, and vehicle modification laws.
Do not install or use any product in a manner that removes, bypasses, disables, defeats, or renders inoperative any required emissions control device or safety system, unless such installation and use are expressly permitted by applicable law. OFFRAMP may refuse, restrict, cancel, or limit orders for products where legal, regulatory, shipping, or compliance concerns apply.
Where a product is marked as race-only, competition-use-only, off-road-only, show-use-only, or not legal for street use, you agree to use it only in the manner permitted by the applicable notice and law.
Orders, Pricing, Payment, and Fraud Review
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, hold, cancel, or modify any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment risk, inventory error, pricing error, shipping restriction, compliance concern, reseller abuse, account misuse, or violation of these Terms.
Prices, promotions, shipping charges, taxes, discounts, dealer pricing, rewards, and product availability are subject to change without notice. We may correct errors or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including product price, shipping, taxes, duties collected at checkout if applicable, and any other applicable charges.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, fraudulent claims, unauthorized payment use, or abuse of our checkout, coupon, rewards, or dealer systems may result in order cancellation, account suspension, refusal of future service, and recovery of costs where permitted by law.
Shipping, Delivery, Customs, and International Orders
Shipping options, delivery estimates, carrier services, tracking updates, and shipping charges are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delivery times may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, holidays, remote-area handling, inspections, address issues, or events outside our control.
International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, regulatory approvals, documentation requirements, and compliance with local import laws. Refusal to pay customs charges, failure to clear customs, or restrictions imposed by local authorities may result in delay, return, abandonment, seizure, or disposal of the package.
Risk of loss may transfer according to the applicable shipping terms, carrier rules, or law. Please inspect packages promptly upon delivery and report missing, damaged, or incorrect items according to our Shipping Policy and Return Policy.
Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy. Unless otherwise stated, products must be returned in new, unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and resaleable condition with original packaging, hardware, manuals, and accessories.
Installed, used, modified, damaged, painted, powder-coated, cut, wired, drilled, opened electronic components, special-order items, clearance items, custom-made items, and products showing signs of installation may be non-returnable or subject to refusal, restocking fees, or reduced refund at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Product warranties, if any, may be provided by OFFRAMP, the manufacturer, or the original supplier. Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, improper installation, racing or competition use, accidents, abuse, neglect, corrosion caused by environment or chemicals, unauthorized modification, normal wear, cosmetic wear, or damage caused by incompatible parts unless otherwise stated in a written warranty.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Dealer, Reseller, and B2B Accounts
Dealer, wholesale, workshop, reseller, or B2B accounts may be subject to separate approval, pricing rules, minimum advertised price policies, sales-channel restrictions, account reviews, documentation requirements, and additional dealer terms.
Dealer pricing and retail promotions may not be combined unless expressly permitted. We may suspend, downgrade, or terminate dealer privileges for unauthorized marketplace resale, misleading advertising, policy violation, channel abuse, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms the OFFRAMP brand, our customers, or authorized sales channels.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed by unauthorized dealers, resellers, distributors, freight forwarders, or accounts attempting to bypass account rules or regional restrictions.
Rewards, Discounts, Promotions, and Store Credit
Promotional offers, coupon codes, rewards points, store credit, member benefits, dealer pricing, and other incentives are subject to the rules stated with each program or offer. They may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time unless prohibited by law.
Unless expressly stated, discounts, rewards, store credit, dealer pricing, and promotions cannot be stacked, exchanged for cash, transferred, sold, or applied retroactively. We may revoke benefits obtained through fraud, abuse, technical error, duplicate accounts, unauthorized sharing, or violation of program rules.
Third-Party Tools, Links, and Services
